Slow Cooker Cheesy Lasagna
1. In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until beef is browned; drain. Stir in marinara sauce and water.
2. Spread 1/4 of the beef sauce in the bottom of a slow cooker. Arrange 3 noodles over sauce (break noodles to fit).
3. Mix ricotta cheese, 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, egg, and parsley. Spoon 1/3 of the cheese mixture over noodles. Repeat layering twice.
4. Top with remaining sauce and mozzarella. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours until noodles are tender.
