Espaguetis con carne molida
Ingredients
1 package of spaghetti
600 grams of mixed ground beef
ragu or bolognese sauce
1 chicken broth cube
1 tablespoon garlic butter
Elaboration
1. The first thing we have to do to make this spaghetti with ground beef recipe is put water to boil, and when it is boiling, cook the spaghetti for approximately 8 minutes. Don’t worry because then we will cook them a little more and the spaghetti will be ready.
2. Meanwhile, put a little oil in a frying pan and fry the mixed ground meat. It can be beef, pork, or both; It can even be chicken or turkey, but it is usually tastier if minced beef and pork are combined. Then, season it to your liking with a little salt and pepper. When the meat is fried, drain the excess oil and reserve it for later.
3. Once the spaghetti is ready and drained, place it in the same pan where you made the meat and add the garlic butter. Mix everything well for about 5 minutes so that the butter melts and the spaghetti is well infused with its flavor. If you don’t have garlic butter, you can make your own by going to the link.
4. On the other hand, mix the fried ground beef with the ragout-type sauce and add the chicken broth cube for even more flavor. Sauté everything for about 5 minutes.
5. Mix the spaghetti with ground meat, parsley and pieces and that’s it.
