Chelutas de Cerdo guisada

Ingredients
3 pounds of pork
1 tablespoon annatto paste
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Maggi brand chicken broth
1 tablespoon ground oregano
1 teaspoon pepper and lime seasoning
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 sprigs of cilantro
1 piece of chopped onion
1 large cubanela chili, cut into pieces
1/2 paprika pepper in pieces
2 tablespoon vinegar
Approximately 7 cups of water

Salt, vinegar optional to wash the meats

Elaboration

Step 1. Wash the meat, using enough salt, vinegar and water. Make sure you wash and disinfect well

Step 2. Blend all the seasonings (except the annatto paste and oil

Step 3. Season the meats well using the seasoning that we previously blended.

Step 4. Preheat a cardero, then add the oil and annatto paste, let it melt.
